General Conditions

1. Entering into an agreement
By placing a bid or becoming a member of Lowestbidauctions.eu you are entering into a binding agreement.

2. Bidding and auction conditions
The bidder is responsible for carefully checking all details regarding the object being bid for, and in the eventuality of discovering anomalies, to immediately contact Lowestbidauctions.eu. The bidder has the opportunity to participate in all ongoing auctions until the bidder exhausts his "maximum allowable number of bids" that each member may place in the different auctions. The Winning Bid is binding for the bidder. A legally binding contract is established between Lowestbidauctions.eu and the bidder, who following the closure of the auction has placed the lowest unique bid for the auction. Following the closure of an auction it lies equally upon Lowestbidauctions.eu and the Buyer to cooperate in bringing the transaction to its conclusion.

3. Payment after winning an auction
Lowestbidauctions.eu reserves the right to invoice any outstanding funds due to us. The Bidder shall pay his winning auction bid by settling the invoice he receives from Lowestbidauctions.eu. In the event of the bidder not fulfilling his obligations towards Lowestbidauctions.eu we reserve the right to refuse the Member access to our services. The Bidder will only be re-activated once Lowestbidauctions.eu are able to verify that payment has been made. If banned, all current bids placed by the Member will be rendered null and void.

4. Delivery
It may take up to 4 weeks before the bought item is delivered from the time the invoice for the object in question has been settled. If you've bought travel arrangements we will contact you and take care of the booking. We naturally try to speed-up the process, our goal being to provide you with your purchase within 2 weeks from the invoice being paid.

5. Responsibility
Lowestbidauctions.eu are not responsible for factual or typgraphical errors in the descriptions of products or auction winners, and are in no way responsible for the Bidder's loss of data or that bids have been interrupted or not received. Lowestbidauctions.eu shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from events or circumstances beyond our control that we could not reasonably have foreseen.
The site is normally operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The service can, however, be affected by technical problems and we do our utmost to always remedy these as soon as possible.

6. Membership Account
A prospective Member must be at least 18 years of age. Only one Membership Account is allowable per person. Duplicate accounts will be deleted without notice and all bids placed will be disqualified.

7. Disqualification of bids
SMS messages that arenot approved by the Bidder's service provider due to insufficient funds on the telephone cash card and SMS messages that have been registered after auction closure due to technical problems on the part of the service provider will be disqualified. All and any forms of collaboration between members in an auction will result in those concerned being banned and all placed bids at Lowestbidauctions.eu will be disqualified.

8. Cheating
All attempts at cheating will lead to being banned, disqualification of all other bids placed by the Member and a security charge of 500 SEK will be debited to the Member's Account. This is also valid for our recruitment function. All and any forms of collaboration between members in an auction is totally forbidden and will result in those concerned being banned and all placed bids at Lowestbidauctions.eu will be disqualified.

9. Bidding by credit card, invoice and direct payment
Lowestbidauctions.eu are not responsible for eventual third party technical problems concerning technical systems for on-line card purchases, direct payments or invoices, neither will we be held responsible in the event that a bidder's payment transaction fails. If a problem arises in a transaction it is the bidder's responsibility to inform Lowestbidauctions.eu immediately.

10. Changes of conditions
Lowestbidauctions.eu reserves the right to change these Conditions during an active auction by publishing relevant information on the website. The new conditions will be effective immediately following publication on the website.

11. Transfer of rights
We have the right to transfer all or part of the rights and responsibilities as described in these Conditions. In the event of a transfer we will advise members about who, following the transfer, has taken over the responsibilites and/or rights. The bidder does not have the right to transfer rights and/or responsibilities according to these Conditions.

12. Publication of winners
The auction winner is not named until the auction's diagram has been published.

13. Product guarantee and Travel Arrangements
Lowestbidauctions.eu sells all products with a 1 year guarantee. Concerning hardware and electronics, the respective manufacturer's guarantee will be valid. Lowestbidauctions.eu make no provision for further guarantees over and above those specified by the manufacturer. All travel arrangements are personal may not be sold, given away or transferred to another person; the auction winner is the traveller.

14. Disputes and applicable law
These Conditions are governed by English law, to the extent it is applicable to contracts and agreements made in England between English parties. Disputes concerning validity, interpretation, applicability or application of these Conditions as well as any legal issues emanating from them, shall be decided initially by the public court in Bristol.

15. Confidentiality Policy
The information you provide about yourself is only for internal use. No information about you is made available to any third party. You have the right, on request, to receive a copy of the information about you which is stored by us. If this information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.

16. Your obligations
It is your obligation, in that you have approved this agreement, to keep yourself informed about eventual changes to the agreements in force. We will, however, naturally publish any changes to the agreement in the News section on the website.
